If we get behind and have to start pressing, that means less ADP. We'll need to defend well at the start and keep JOB out of foul trouble. Playing against Stokes on the road may make that more difficult than it would seem given JOBs recent play.

Agree. If we are pressing, ADP is out. JOB has been so good about staying out of foul trouble lately, but it only takes 1 or 2 silly fouls and a bad call to bench him for extended minutes. For LSU to win, things will have to go exactly to plan. Lately, they have been. We will have to see.

Did ADP play very much against Alabama? I can't really remember.

6 minutes.

He has played big minutes before though:

Florida 33
SCar 29 and 18
Vandy 12
UGA 15
Aub 13

So he has played 12+ minutes in half of our SEC games.

It would make the College Gameday piece that is airing this weekend much better if he was coming off consecutive double digit scoring games...

I think this will be a frustrating game to watch. Lots of defense. Some of the predicted scores are too high.

I think its more like 63-60 either way.

Yea. I took LSU plus the 8 points (parlayed with Florida -5.5) but I am not sure on the total points. This game oculd go both ways. Both teams offenses looked so good this weekend. Both don't mind running, but Tennessee is more comfortable slowing it down.

Will be interesting. Tennessee has had a few games where they could not score a basket...

I'm very nervous about this game for one simple reason, 3rd game in 6 days and 2nd road game of that stretch. We have very little depth and I think that haunts us tonight.

TheDoc is certain that we win tonight so I'm hoping he's right.

And I thought this damned game was at 7

I never get to watch LSU basketball this year

Is there a chance that Vols will be riding too high after their win over UK? I mean are we a team at this point that other teams get up for? I think we may get the benefit of flying under the radar in this one and suprise UTk.

Makes me feel better. He's a good resource. Unfortunately, so is SoS and he thinks we lose.

I think we lose by less than 8 if that helps...

I think we have a decent shot. I have it at 40:60 LSU:Tenn

We play a great game, and LSU wins. Just not sure if we can do it three times in a row the way we did last week.

Tennessee has been streaky and i'm not so sold that they will "show up" tonite.

Me either. Certainly think LSU has a good chance. I'd imagine a low 60's high 50s score that is within 5 points either way. Could be won or lost on free throws and buzzer three pointers.

Carmouche needs to have a decent night shooting. If he does, we win, if not (like in 4 of 5 losses) we lose.

Carmouche in 5 SEC losses: 12-41
Carmouche in 6 SEC wins: 22-47

He did have a great game vs MSU last time out at 8-11.

That's a solid stat. He is a piece that sometimes goes unnoticed, but he is very productive. And when he is productive we are better.
