Is he the only RB we offer next year? If he holds out til signing day and then switches to someone else, do we have an 'Athlete' in the wings who we say will be a DB and just groom them as an RB?

If bama were to some how get this kid after signing 4 RB's, I might jump

I was thinking the same thing. He'll have Henry, Yeldon, Hart, Scarborough plus 3 others his first year and no matter how good he is, he won't be playing above the established 2 beasts because that's how Saban does it.

Ingram Richardson Lacy/ junior, sopohmore, freshman
Richardson Lacy Fowler/ junior, sophomore, sophomore
Lacy Yeldon Fowler/ junior, freshman, junior

The only way you're jumping anybody is if you're super talented. Based on what I believe the roster/carry ranking would be with Fournette:

2013
Henry
Yeldon
Fowler/Hart

2014
Henry
Yeldon
Fournette
Scarborough

It won't be till his junior year that he's big man on campus, but looking in the past, he could still be drafted high.

Thing is I hate Bama because of the media hype and fans, but Saban has a formula to the running back thing and it works.

Personally I would think being the big man from day one is better than waiting to your last year in college.

Sabans formula is getting the best backs every year

Hell....I could call plays with Richardson and yeldon. Ware and ford would've never started at bama.

Also LSU backs do better in the league then bamas.

Those words from Miles on signing day carry a lot of weight. Great job by Miles. And the backfield will be wide open for LF to be the starter.

Anyone know if he is an early enrolle?

Ford had no real moves in his arsenal and never really broke any tackles. Ware was almost the complete back but he didn't have blue chip speed or vision. The early part of the year last year I hated when Danielson basically called him a poor man's Richardson, but i'd take that compared to how Ware never developed his vision and gained weight while he was at LSU.

Coffee(not recruited but played 3 years under him)
Ingram
Richardson
Lacy
Yeldon

all have had 1000yd seasons, 4 have had 1300+yd seasons(promise you barring injury Yeldon Henry will too)

Wow, he wasn't as good last year as I thought he was. It's not bad and it was actually what I expected.

Scott and Ridley both had 1000 yard seasons...I am fairly certain. Miles has shown...when he has a horse, he will stick with it. Ford/ware are not complete backs, hence the lack of carries and yardage for each. Blue is the most complete back and would've broken 1k easily this past year if not for injury.

Hill too.

Oh I know that. I put that part in about Bama's players but forgot to quote the guy on talking about them getting the best back every year.

A highlight reel of LF playing one team - a bunch of white DB's - anyone would look good!
