Hey Hey What Can I Do
Since I Been Loving You
Dazed and Confused
Fool In The Rain
Kashmir

And although many people think Stairway to Heaven is overrated, I'll disagree. It may be overplayed, but I'll never get tired of it. That guitar solo always gives me chills.

This is probably my favorite.

Hard to pick just one though...it's like asking a kid "what's your favorite candy?".

Stairway is way down on the list. My favorite is When the Levee Breaks.

Rover is criminally underrated

An intelligent argument against it cannot be made.

I read a review of it somewhere and they described Bonham's drumming as if he were playing with tree trunks...song is transcendental

Over the years, I've grown to prefer the live version from Madison Square Garden, but I know what you mean - not just the guitar solo - everything about the song seems just well placed, and everybody gets a voice - JPJ with the bass recorder (or keyboard facsimilie live), Page's guitars (however many layers on the original - or the 18-string live - either way, transcendental), Plant shows most of his range, from soft/folksy, to rock and roll, to falsetto, and, of course, Bonzo - watch the Madison Square Garden video - he's smacking on gum and clearly enjoys playing the $hit out of that song.

(My favorite part is where the roadie brings a tamborine for Plant to use during the long guitar solo - and as he's trying to get back to his spot, traversing behind the gong, Bonzo hits it as hard as he can, as if he's trying to knock the kid off the back of the riser. )

You know, it took the movie "Almost Famous" and their amazing use of the soundtrack in the film to make me appreciate this song. It's always been there, but only became a favorite of mine when I was watching that movie and heard it. It was one of those "aha!" moments when I realized I had been ignoring a GREAT song for years!

Amazing to "discover" a Zep song after all these years, seeing as I owned all the records, then CD's, etc.!
