Just read his IMDB and saw that he was in those as well. I havent seen either of those movies in a while so I can't place him. I had a pretty big "oh shite!" moment when I realized who he was in Tombstone.

Same thing happened to me the other night, I haven't really watched TWD yet but plan to soon, anyway my brother had it on in the other room last week when he was here visiting and I heard that trademark raspy voice talking, kinda threw me a loop to walk in and see Broussard dealing with some Walkers
