Yeah pinwheel is too easy. I haven't been touched in two fights. Getting to pinwheel >>>>>>>>>> harder than beating pinwheel lol

So this just happened:
I rolled a brand new sorcerer, killed the gargoyles, then threw down a summon sign. I get summoned by this extremely advanced dude wearing Artorias' armor. I follow he and his friend (a guy in full Havel gear), and they make me fight everyone. They block my path and forced me to fight advanced NG enemies (balder knights, berenike knights, etc). And for every guy I killed they would drop Soul of Great Hero's for me. They just gave me like 29 Soul of Great Hero's, and 99 Gold Coins! Just like that this guy is now SL 68!
ETA: wow, and I just realized that gold coins can be sold to cramps for 5,000 souls! Oh man...

I think they were hackers. It just doesn't make sense. I suspect they were NG+. I mean both of them were cartwheeling all over the place. In full Havel gear.

I got too the first bonfire and has help a person beat the boss.. But when i go do on my world i screw up before i even get there.. Even with help..

Yep that area is super dark.. and you don't get the lantern till after you get close to bonfire.

Well frick. How do you get your way through? Do you use the case light spell from Dusk of Oolacile?

cast light is the way to go imo. Low amount of faith needed (12, I think), and you can still have light while using your shield, unlike the skull latern.

Increase brightness settings on your tv
At least until you get the skull lantern. Then you're good.
