2. Led Zeppelin---The Song Remains the Same

Didn't think of this one. That show was great, I've watched it a few times on netflix.

I worked at a theatre in HS and we had that on reel. We'd have friends come in through the back and show this in one of the empty theatres once the other midnight showings started.

Never could get the wall but the other theatre in town showed it at midnight every saturday while we were in school.

My fave--surprised it took 5 pages to be mentioned.

Other favorites of mine that have NOT been mentioned:

Dave Mason--Certified Live
Kenny Wayne Shepherd--Live, in Chicago
Throw in Fillmore East (Allmans) and Frampton Comes Alive (honorable mention Kiss Alive!) and that's my list.

Crap, how could I forget MTV Unplugged by Nirvana? It's the album that actually made me like them--they were a curiosity to me til I heard it acoustic.

Sarah McLachlan - Fumbling Towards Ecstasy
Sharon Van Etten - Tramp
Neko Case - Fox Confessor Brings the Flood
Depeche Mode - Music for the Masses

Only ever heard the Neko Case one, which is great! Gotta check out a couple of the others.

Mine are more "modern" faves... I never even considered classic Heart, Fleetwood Mac and whatnot because although they have produced quality stuff front to back... It's just not what I listen to regularly.
