LSU fans. I cringe everytime I try to talk football with anyone outside my small circle of trusted fan friends. 95% of the time something stupid and unreasonable comes out of their mouths and then I'm caught in the awkward situation to decide if I shall correct them, argue the point, or just nod and look away.

Alabama and it isn't even close.
I was listening to some guy on Finebaum talk about it and he explained it perfectly. Something like this:
"Every SEC school has their fans that are mouth-breathing knuckledraggers. For most schools it's like 20%. With Alabama, that number is closer to 90%."
Although, I am a die hard LSU fan and I see why we're hated, because I'm pretty sure I hate most LSU fans.
Arkansas wasn't bad until they got Petrino and started getting really good. Oh man, did they get cocky quick. It was awesome to see them taken down a peg or ten last year.

I still say Bammers. A good friend of mine lives in Fairhope, Al. He tried to exain it to me for years. He and an Auburn grad friend if mine introduced me to message boards and Finebaum. When they hired Saban, it spread like the plague. 5 years ago, I didn't know ANY bama fans. Now, it seems like every other car in N Ga has a script A on it. Their delusions, double standards, rationalizing, excuses and sense of entitlement rivals no other. Also, living here since '83, UGA fans come out like cocky arse roaches when they make just a little noise.

VT fans are like that too, and they are they are worse than bammers about not caring about sports outside of football, but they are far from the worst fans.

I think LSU and WV fans embrace their shitiness, while Gumps try to pretend they are great sportsmen and are always gracious in victory and defeat and above such nonsense, which is laughable. Somehow this makes gumps worse.

Bama fans when their football team is good.
Ole Miss fans all the time.
Gators suck pretty hard too.
(I also recognize that a large segment of our fanbase suck donkey balls in the sportsmanship/class areas, but overall, I think we're fairly hospitable on gameday and that makes up for some of the boorish behavior).
OOC - USC (when you can find one of the fair-weather b*stards) and Notre Dame fans can be fairly obnoxious at time, as can Texas and Oklahoma fans.

I don't know about the worst fans. But Cowboys fans from Louisiana are the most annoying. imo.
