He's going to talk to the priest about marriage. Because priests know so much about marriage.

Shameless bump... Really want to go play today, but I have to go to marriage counseling

Good luck with that, bro.

I had a personal best 98 this morning. I was pretty pumped and I actually contributed to my pair winning the back 9 to save us from owing some money and I won a side bet. Also got a birdie on a par 4 which might be a first for me.

Playing again tomorrow afternoon at cypresswood north Houston.

Played 5 holes last Saturday right at dark for the first time since mid November. God, I have some work to do to get some feel back. Hit some good iron shots though.

Probably going to play tomorrow after church, and will be playing every weekend, weather permitting, until November. I'm ready to get back on the course.

4th outing of the year yesterday. Played better but not great. Shot 80. Got fairly well stomped but was able to pick up 2 scats, the most of anybody and netted 70 bucks. Eagled the par 5 4th with a 30' putt from off the green and made a 60 foot double breaker on the par 4 9th. Much to the chagrin of my playing partners of course.

Chipping a putting is still dreadful overall. Can't make a 5 footer to save my life. But I'll take the improvment because my previous 3 outings were a 94, 83, 88.

Played skins at Calvert vs friend who won the tourney at Tamahka Saturday. Beat him 12-6. Both played like crap though.

I played Carter Plantation on Friday.

The rough was a better place to be than the fairway, due to the fact that I twice sunk to my ankles in mud standing in the middle of it.

Played pretty well, though. 44-44-88

I'm about to go hit Santa Maria right now. Looks like this will be the only round for me this week between weather and stuff this weekend.

I upgraded to Titleist AP2's with the DG S300 shafts a few months ago, probably in November. I was using AP1s but wanted something with a little stiffer shaft.

After a few months of giving them a chance, I just can't do it anymore. Those shafts weigh a ton, and it feels like I'm swinging a 2x4. I can't feel the clubhead and I can't load the shaft to save my life. Anybody else ever play these and have the same problem?

I sold the set on ebay yesterday, and ordered another set of AP1s
