What I noticed at the game last night (and several others I have watched on TV) is that Monty doesn't give a shite about winning games this year. He simply is trying to develop players.

There were several times when there was only one or no starters on the floor for long periods of time. During one stretch, with hardly any starters on the floor, we could not score a basket, but Monty refused to call a time out.

I understand what Monty is trying to do, but it is frustrating to pay for tickets to watch the team this year.

This is a strange thread to start after a 30 point blowout.

The thirty point win was more from the Trailblazers not being able to hit water if they fell out of a boat. Worse shooting I have ever seen on a professional level.

If I remember correctly, they barely broke 25 points in the first half.

This thread belongs on the rant. Last night's game was very enjoyable and there are still people complaining

Trust me, you should back off this argument quickly. It will not go well for you.

it seems the only point was that monty is highly regulating who plays what in certain situations. the last statement was just a mere personal thought. but lets remember this the innernett where badasses flex their monster attitudes towards everything.

It doesn't matter if we are up by 30 or down by 1, Monty is still playing to develop his young guys and not playing to win. Just because it was mentioned after a win, doesn't mean it isn't frustrating to watch.

And for whoever said the game was fun, consider their was more cheering when the team had a chance to score 100 and get a free fry at McDonalds than any other point in the game. Besides Anderson's dunk, it was as much of a boring lopsided victory as I have ever seen. The man sitting next to me actually fell asleep during the game.
