In Vail, consider the prime rib at Lancelot.

I just got back Tuesday night. We stay in Avon, ski at Beaver Creek, and usually eat near or in the condo. The Westin has a super apres ski menu at the base of the gondola that I highly recommend. If you want to go high end the Ritz Carlton-Bachelor Gulch has Spago which is dynamite. There are great local places like a sushi place near the City Market or Gondola pizza which is right next door to it. We also ventured to Edwards and had a terrific meal at E-Town which was an eclectic spot with some adventurous menu items in a fun atmosphere. Have a super time!

by the way, the best thing I did on the trip was schedule a massage at Simply Massage in Avon the last day I skiied. Only $65 for a one hour Swedish massage. Then I got to the heavy drinking.
