So... No, you won't.
Also, to the guy that says liberals don't care about facts: Gun Ownership and Crimes by Country
The UK has 62.6 million citizens. The US has 313.9 million, so the UK has only about 20% of our population. In 2007, the UK had 41 gun related homicides. The US had 9,146. Clearly, the rate was exponentially higher here, but conservatives would, likely, simply argue that crimes were committed with hammers, cars, rolling pins, toilet paper, etc. So we need to, additionally, look at overall homicide rates. In the US, the homicide rate is 4.8, with total homicides coming in at 14,748. In the UK, it was 1.2 with homicides totaling 722. We've already seen that the UK has only 20% of the US's population, so we need to look at, proportionally, how many homicides the UK had. Populations being equal, the UK would have had 3,610 total homicides, to our 14,748.
But hey... Reality does have a well known liberal bias.
