When Is Reid Gonna Have A Vote On Feinstein Gun Bill? (Posted on 2/13/13 at 10:43 am)
The President had a gun control pep rally last night in his State of the Union. The Feinstein Bill has been sitting on Reid's desk for over two weeks. When are they gonna vote on it and how pissed are vulnerable democrats about forcing the issue by the president?

I heard of the "shooting victims" that were scheduled to attend yesterday morning, and caught a brief snippet of the replay this morning. That was one very large "cry me a river" moment of his speech. Why not have all of the families of all of the victims from his hometown of Chicago attend to put a face to one city and the effects of all of its gun control laws? I didn't watch the thing and really don't want to see many of the replays at all. If given a choice between the big presser and puking, I would have bought a bottle of syrup of Ipecac.

It will never be voted on... Dems are scared to vote on it because it will cost them seats.
They can talk all the trash they want about truly wanting gun control, but when its time to put your money where your mouth is, they are scared to lose their political seats.
This. And I'm pretty sure any representatives in GA who dared to vote for it would be voted out of office in the subsequent election. We don't need more gun control. We need well armed citizens trained to fight back against criminals. Just one armed/trained person in that school might have prevented a massacre.
