Marinate them in a mixture of garlic, ginger, cayenne and plain greek yogurt. And then....

Put them on a hot grill and cook them for a long time.

Sorry it's not the answer you're looking for but this poor man's Tandoori Chicken is killer.

I like to grill or fry drumsticks and baste with a wing sauce. Tastes better than a wing!

Bacon, onion, garlic, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, and white wine. Braise the shite out of them.

I would cook them, then eat em.

Grilling and frying are the best options.

I saw a show in LPB the other day with a puff pastry pot pie with whole pieces of chicken like drumsticks. I'd remove the meat myself, but it looked delicious.

I wish I could find a picture of it.

I like to season heavily with salt and pepper and thyme. I brown in a little oil, then drain. Then add enough cream of mushroom soup to cover, with more pepper, on low simmer, adding water as needed. When chicken is tender, serve with rice and corn. Great gravy. Yum, Yum!

I used to do chicken drummette lollipops with sort of a sweet and spicy Asian sauce. I think I baked them. I'm going to have to find that recipe. They were a pain to do for a large party, but good.

Chicken stew was my plan B. I'm interested in the tandori idea though. I know it's a boring thread.
