I'm like level 15, my two days just ran out, I've been raided a few times but each didn't get anything

Yeah not beneficial to you really since you will be going against lvl 10-30 for the most part. If your defenses are upgraded you will win a good bit of defenses vs lvl 1 troops but getting attacked by people with lvl 2/3 there isn't much you can do till you've upgraded defense to lvl 4 or higher at least unless guy is an idiot.

I'm a low level (19) and I raid all the time. It's the quickest way to build your base up.

Ok, I should have enough money to build my clan castle tonight. Does it have a build time?

Would just upgrade storages really, the more you hold the better because even at your level you can find people with 100k resources and then fill up everything you have
