What about a pistol grip stock? I think they're okay.

Go to my video and pause at 4:09. Read my annotation. I am specific about it.

"When I refer to "pistol-grip" shotgun, I mean more specifically one without a stock. A pistol grip WITH a stock still retains the 3 points of contact that I refer to previously."

I'm actually up for suggestions. I don't mind pulling out the camera and making a quick video. It's never anything very fancy. I just type up a piece of paper and talk. I also don't like doing multiple takes. I would prefer to just record once and put annotations in for the corrections.

But if you have suggestions of anything you want me to talk about, give it to me, brah.

Not a bad idea.

I won't have a lot "exhibit A" or "exhibit B" though because I only own a single 1911.

But not a bad idea. That would clear up a lot of confusion on the OB and prevent us from seeing the same topics over and over.

Just ask KR for a couple to borrow.

Man $19.95 a DVD for this kind of info is cheap. You might have to up the price.

I saw 3 semi auto pistols and a pump 12 gauge. Good choices, but no revolvers...stopped watching. IMO, a first-time gun buyer needs a 3-4" all steel revolver.

I address that in the video. I just don't personally own a revolver. Nothing wrong with a good ole 357.

If you go get a CC with a revolver, you can only carry a revolver.

Not a good first gun just bc of that.

If you would have watche it you'd know that he did a special segment at the end where he pulled out the judge and destroyed some watermelons.

Downshift, any other recommendations for a wheel gun other than gp100 around that same price point?

Eh

The GP100 is kinda in a unique price bracket.

Smith makes an asspile of GREAT full size .357s but they're a couple hundred bucks more.

Taurus makes some good ones for a couple hundred less.

FWIW, taurus gets tons of hate, but I wouldn't be scared to buy one. Their revolvers are pretty well made.

Pretty much a GP100. There are some differences but both are big heavy .357s. Some people prefer the security six to the gp100.

Wouldn't be a bad deal assuming it's in good shape and still locks up good.
