High school basketball rules question

Player on team A is injured as team A shoots the ball. Team B rebounds and takes it up the floor resulting in a 4 on 5 situation.
I know that in the NBA and NCAA, play is not stopped until either Team A gets the ball back or there is a dead ball.
Is this also the case in Highschool basketball?

Yes. Also, if there is a lull in the action the officials can blow the whistle for an official timeout (Team B not attacking to the hoop immediately).

I got you. So if Team B just brings the ball up the court and sets up their offense, the refs an stop play.
