I actually called him and asked what CCA could do to help him. I always enjoy talking with him, provided I'm not too busy. Get him on a roll, you going to be a while. I hope we'll be able to get a moratorium in place soon.

CCA needs to lawyer up and take this to Federal Court. The only way this will be stopped is by a Federal Judge issuing a moratorium until it can be further studied. The study will likely take until after 2016.
Is it the EPA or the DOE ordering that the rigs be destroyed?

Its illegal to destroy living coral in the US, but because its not in some tourist destination it doesnt matter. Anyone know if they are doing this in Florida also?

Not many, but Mobile Bay and VK got some. Those are going fast too. Hell I wasted several hours in a tournament last year driving to rigs that were no longer there.
