Then you don't understand professional football coaching. It's a high stress job where you basically live at the facility during the season.

It leads to little sleep, poor eating habits, and lack of exercise. I think it's the ultimate job that displays genetics. Some coaches will never gain weight. Other pack on the pounds with ease. Because when you are working for 16 hrs straight and it's midnight, a greasy burger or Chinese food sounds better than a grilled chicken breast.

That said, there are plenty of coaches who I'm sure way healthy and workout regularly. So it comes down to lifestyle choices. I'd imagine it's a very tough lifestyle.
