New mini series on History Channel starting March 3rd. Looks really good whether you are religious or not.

I've seen the promos for the series and see they are going for dramatic interpretation. At the end of the clip it has someone ask Jesus what they are there for. Jesus responds "to changed the world" Yeah that's how it went down according to the bible.

I enjoyed it, though it was rather repetitive. One of my complaints is that coming out of commercial breaks they would use a minute or two reiterating what they should before the break as if we forgot. This coupled with using the same footage over and over made it drag. Each hour episode was really 30 minutes just unnecessarily extended.
