An idea on bag limits? And anywhere that has the actual press release? I can't find any actual articles on this.

Why? Main Pass, East Bay will get hit hard, stuff further west won't come into play with the 10 mile rule. Maybe in april while they are close, but come summertime they'll be out. State had to make a stand at some point. The Feds have totally mismanaged this fishery. I don't spend more than 30 minutes on snapper on any given day anyway. Not wasting all that fuel to sit at some rig and vent fish all day to cull thru a bunch of 10-12# fish to put 18-20s on ice.
