I was worried distance might be a factor but with that list he's either all UCLA or doesn't care about distance. I really like our odds now.

Just to point out he lives in California with his sister. He is originally from Belleville, Illinois which is in the St Louis Metro area. His family still lives there...

This is one of those guys that won't hurt me if he heads elsewhere, but will totally make my day if he comes here. His tape is awesome! I'd love to start getting more guys from the west coast.

well, if he is not originally from cali then i understand his list. not worried about mich. or a&m because they are not know for defense. 3 sec schools on a list of 5. sounds interesting for us.

Only about a 10 hour drive down I-55 to BR. Not a bad drive at all. I've made it many a time.

Why? Jackson is not originally from California, and recently said LSU is his dream school. If we get him down for a visit in the summer, we should have a great chance. RN was an uphill battle, but this guy seems to almost be an LSU fan.

All of these are in the current top 25 of men's track, with the exception of UCLA, which started the year ranked 19th, but has since dropped off. He obviously wants to compete in both sports at a high level.
