No worries-

I wish I could say I made it. Was supposed to go out to dinner, but I am whooped, so I had dinner delivered to me.

Just saw this picture in the food porn thread:

And have now decided to make a crawfish quiche. Crustless. It won't be nearly as pretty or as good, but the soup is staying in the freezer.

1. Are you going to make me admit that Mrs. Smith makes my pie crust?
2. I have to have limits!

What's the sauce on that quiche? Looks like crawfish cheesecake with a sauce I make.

I love rain. It's very seldom that I don't like it ie parade days. A cold rainy day is my favorite kind of day. I'm in the minority on this, though, with my Mom.

I was sort of thinking of picking up crawfish, but I'm leaning toward gumbo from the freezer after seeing Darla's picture. I'm out of Don's shrimp gumbo, though.
