Question about replacing part of bumper on truck

I have a 2012 gmc sierra. While my truck was parked a couple weeks ago someone backed into the spot and it looks like their trailer hitch hit the chrome part of my front bumper. It looks like its fairly easy to replace after I get the part. The dealership says they can order me a new part for $480, and they gave me the part number also. I feel like dealership probably isn't the cheapest place to get the part, the only problem is that I have no idea where to even begin to look online to find it. Any help/suggestions or should I just use the dealership?

Just leave it there. If you are using your truck correctly you will get another dent.

It comes off pretty easy, had to remove mine when I put my lift kit on.
I would check pull-a-part, and online, dealership would be last resort.

Check salvage yards for sure. Chances are you can get one for $100 or less

any suggestions on websites besides pull-a-part?

There is another one called u-auto-pull-it, I think. Check the yellowpages in your area for these type of places. If that does not yeild any results, check aftermarket stores/ websites, stylinconcepts, jc whitney, etc.

Find a totaled truck and buy that part off of it. Will be substantially cheaper.
