I wonder what the numbers would have been if there were no supply issues...

No doubt they would've been sky high. I read in the paper the other day that most gun shops are bringing in 2-4 extra people per shift behind the gun counter and still can't keep up with the deman and have lines out the door.

I heard something last night about gun sales in January being down- compared to December. Duh, that's only cause there are NONE LEFT currently.

Jun and July look like statistically good months to go buy a gun. Prices possibly lower due to less demand?

Possibly.

I'm thinking after this craze ends, when gun purchasing hits a "dead period" and no one really is buying, will be a good time to buy, they gotta move the inventory. Just thinking out loud.

Things to remember is that multiple guns can be entered on the same NICS check and some states wave the NICS check if you have a concealed carry permit...

I have a feeling this thing is about to come to a screeching halt.

probably that it will take a small miracle to even reduce magazine capacities. If no legislation passes, the market will be flooded. Hell, most the people I see buying guns now at Academy, Walmart, etc. don't look like they can afford a pot to piss in. Once legislation dies down, they're going to be exposed for the poor idiots they are. Buying high and selling low.
