For the record, I like Lenny and think he's very talented.

However, I must point out that this incident could NOT have been staged and filmed by his publicity people, because there is NO way that could have happened. People just don't DO that kind of thing.

Either that video (which I can't see at work) is pretty old (like 3 years), or he happened to do the same thing twice. Either way, it's pretty cool those kids got to play with him.

Clapton and Keith Richards did a 2 am to 6 am set at House of Blues after a Clapton New Orleans show a few years back.

McCartney played at the piano bar of his hotel (taking requests) when he was in town.

Springsteen is online doing a street performance. Borrowed a guy's guitar.

I'm usually a pretty cynical person but that seemed pretty damn genuine to me. And fricking awesome at that.

this was widely distributed awhile back. its pretty old though, if im remembering correctly. like 2+ years.

id almost 100% guarantee it was pre-arranged, even if it wasnt for huge press and was for instead for fun and a gift to the kids that the press was just a side perk of.

Love this clip. Not a huge Kravitz fan, but this was really cool.

Lenny's a cool dude. Gave those kids a great experience. Wonder how many Hand Grenades he had?
