On an episode of Man vs Food, Adam Richman went to a restuarant and ate a Roast Beef Sandwich and had a au jus type sauce with it but they called the sause something else. Does anyone remember what it was called?

Debris is the term for the shredded/ pieces of meat in lieu of whole sliced pieces, not they type of sauce.

Portillos is killer. I always get it when I'm in Chicago. I usually get the combo which is the beef and a fat arse piece of Italian sausage with the hot peppers.
