hy isn't saban called 3 loss nick? Cause of 3 NC'S in 4 years.

nick gets 2 extra wins just for being at slives alabama. if miles were at al and ns were at lsu the same results would happen.

ns has to just play lsu.
lm has to play al, slive, sec, slive and then al gets a mulligan anyway.

yall just want to bitch b/c you are alcoholics.

Unless you think 25 freshmen coming in is going to perform at a level of the #2 defense in the country that we had in 2011 and out-do the defense we had on the field that lost 3 games last season, I really don't think you have an argument against me.

You're a fricking idiot. You do realize that LSU played the second most freshman in the country this year. Also the juniors that are leaving, WERE SOPHOMORES IN 2011. What will all the freshman that played this year, be next year?

This is a two sided coin. Saban came in and won a title in year 4 and BUILT LSU to what is is Miles has just kept it going. There is NO way IMO that Miles could have come in and done what Saban did with the program the way Dinardo left it.

The ignorance of a fan base. IT'S COMMON KNOWLEDGE THY MAINTAINING A PROGRAM IS HARDER THAN BUILDING ONE. Saban and Meyer were talking about it after the BCSCG this year.

Yes. I've forgotten more football than you WILL EVER know. You are consumed with offensive stats. Like I said , go cheer for West Virginia. They have a prolific offense.
You weren't happy with our 2011 offense , which had the second most PASSING and RUSHING TDS for a season , IN LSU's entire history. When you say, " all of Miles' offenses have sucked."it just shows how ignorant you are to football.

What the frick are you talking about? THE BEST COACH IN ALL OF CFB (Saban) , HAS LOST AT LEAST ONE GAME A YEAR( except once) throughout his entire career. Yet you blast Miles for losing 2 games.

It is amazing how they can consider one the GOAT and the other a goat when they are separated by so little.

Miles should win at LSU because we are LSU. Saban is however moving mountains at bama.

Without a doubt. It's also funny that the Miles haters say Miles inherited a Ferrari. When in reality , Miles inherited a 4 loss program.
Also, when a certain aspect of the football team is doing well, Miles gets zero credit, but when they aren't playing well, Miles gets all the blame.

I think it's much harder to build a program from the ground up than to maintain it. Saban came in and changed the culture of the program. He was able to convince those in a position of authority to make a commitment in terms of facilities for example a new academic center. No disrespect to Miles but he hasn't built a program of LSU's caliber. He is however a good coach. I don't know why we get into these comparisons when it's obvious Saban is the best coach in the country. Saban is now in the conversation with some of the greatest college coaches of all time.

I don't understand why this is ever brought up. Did we need Miles to build the program? Or did we need him ti sustain it.

Who the frick cares if he can build one?

It's not. Every single coach agrees that it's harder to maintain and elite program than to build one. Saban and Meyer even said so in the post game of the BCSCG.
Also it's common sense. Which is harder to do? Have 2-3 great recruiting classes or have 7-8 great recruiting classes.
Is it harder to win 11 games for 2-3 years or won 10 Games for 8 years.
It's common knowledge that its harder to maintain a program.
