Special access to events

These are listed as benefits to my Capital One Venture Card.

My question is, how in the hell do I access this stuff? Or is it one of those things they bestow upon you?

Terribly simple question, but I've always used my prior cards just to buy stuff. I want to use the full benefits of this card, and not just the reward points.

I just wanted to let you know I made this phone call today.

Capital One Visa Signature Benefits Page

It took me 30 minutes to get someone on the phone who knew what the hell I was talking about.

First called Cap One and they didn't know these were even benefits and gave me Visa Number.

Called Visa Number, and when it asked for my account #, I put in my credit card # as a guess. This re-routed me right back to Cap One

She connected me to Visa directly. That person didn't know these benefits existed. She connects me to a benefits specialist.

He said they don't administer these two benefits, and that the concierge service does. He then proceeds to give me the number for Visa the original Cap One rep gave me. I notify him this number just reroutes me back to Cap One so he connects me directly to the concierge service.

I finally get my answer.
