Menendez is compromised. The impropriety alone of not declaring private jet escapades provided by his big donor is unethical and an example of what is wrong with politicians today. His declining to be interviewed and sudden reimbursment smack of guilt. He should resign IMO. And nobody should mention Vitter in response to this thread. His failures have nothing to do with Menendez.

did he not report it? Im not reading all that but seems like he should have reported it in some way.
