I just asked the same question in the other thread. At camp he ran a 4.49 so he runs a legit 4.5. Should be interesting

Riley was 2nd in the 55m hurdles last year at the state indoor track meet (lost to the guy who broke NCAA champion Barrett Nugent's state record) so his great speed and athleticism is apparent. I am confident that one day he will be a playmaker wherever the Chief chooses to put him.

Duke is special not just because he is a freak athlete both on the field and on the track, but this kid has an insatiable appetite for working and competing. Don't be surprised if he reminds you of Laron more by the time he graduates. He won't grow to be much bigger, but he will deliver hard hits all day and wont give up.

Haven't seen film. Just going by what I read. Doesn't have good hips. Won't play db.

If he runs a 4.59 at 6'1" 215 lbs., he can play several positions. Above all he appears to be a really good kid and all LSU! It seems a shame the staff waited this long to offer him a scholly.

What qualifies as good hips? Does the ability to run under 15 seconds in the 110 hurdles qualify as good hips?

The problem is if he gains 15-20 lbs he won't run 4.5 40's anymore.

I think he is a backup plan at ss. Has the speed to cover the te and support the run. If not needed there in the future they can bulk him up to olb.
