I was able to do snake related tasks. I am guessing that they will release an update at some point today and that will end it.

damn, I stopped hitting snakes and dealing with eggs, because I thought I couldn't get anything past the pet snake. I wish I could get the arena, but it aesthetically doesn't fit anyway

gave out about 150 between y'all. eggs hatch more snakes, giving you more opportunity to whack. helps get your snake total up faster.

Eggs that you collect - they're just a number in the bottom left corner - you give those out to your friends. There's nothing else you can do with them. You can't hatch them.
You can only hatch eggs that others friends have given you. - they'll set them on the ground in your springfield. You just go into snake-killing mode and click on them.
