That's the difference between Amazon and Newegg. Newegg customer service is shite and Amazon will honor just about any RMA.
I by just about everything off of amazon unless I need it in a day (then I use newegg since I get free 1 day shipping)

I will be using Amazon and TigerDirect from now on. I am itching bad to do a new build but am telling myself it's not needed because I can run everything.
