Need a good ecipe for duck breasts

My neighbor gave me a large bag of duck breasts, skinned and frozen, the other day. I'd like to do something good for the super bowl....something not too wild tasting, if possible.

Any ideas?

Good question...I don't really know. They were taken here in North Alabama by my neighbor's son. I don't see him too often, but I'll ask when I do.

If you post pics with some sort of size reference some of the posters on this board might be able to narrow it down for you based upon size and maybe another factor or two. Could be a complete shot in the dark, but it might be worth a shot
