I wouldn't call him a bust from a ability standpoint. He was more of a mental bust.

Crowell is in the same boat.

Bryce Brown too.

Agreed upon al except Bryce Brown and RP

I think he would have tried to go pro day one if could have. Plus he is active right now in the League. Thats what the stars about right. Who is most likely to make it or be drafted high. He didnt get drafted but he is a fool on the field.

RP would have been great if he coudl stay on teh field.

Also Crowell is still playing college ball.

Fa reals. RP would have accumulated 30+ total TDs in 2008 had his head been in the right place.

That list is stupid though. Some of those SEC schools don't get 5* like LSU/Florida. Naturally we'll have a higher bust % when we get more 5* consistently. I was impressed by Bama's bust ratio though. Only two? What does that say about Nick Saban and his staff? Amazing job developing and finding the elite talent. I guess that's why you're a modern NCAA dynasty.

RP wasn't a bust when you consider without him we wouldn't have won the 07' MNC

The frick he wasn't. Perriloux was a bust and he screw our program by making us play Hatch, Lee and Jefferson. Stuck us with Lee and Jefferson for 3 years.

He played in like 3 game his whole career.

1 career start in SEC Championship game. We we ultra conservative throwing in that game because Les didn't trust him.

+1 Who thinks we would've won the 07 SECCG without him? Yes he fricked us after that, but he has an SECCG MVP, SEC champ team, and MNC ring. An argument could be made this alone makes him not a bust.

took me a few times to read through this, but I agree with this guy.

Perrilloux put LSU in a bad spot. Caused them to put their eggs in the basket of young kids that had no business being on the field.
