seven psychopaths was just meh

It had so much promise. Great cast, decent story idea, pretty good dialog.
But I left it watching it feeling that is just kinda sucked.
The only thing I can think on why it was just meh is that of the psychopaths, 3 of them were in the killing of other criminal business. i guess it was to make them a little more acceptable as characters, but it just didn't seem to fit with the psychopath theme.
What say the movie board?

I liked all the ironic moments in the movie. Huge no shooting sign with the two guys about to have a shoot out, stuff like that.
Woody Harrlson (sp?) and Sam Rockwell were really good in it.

Most of the cast was great. I looked at it, and saw sam rockwell, woddy, and walken and thought - how could this movie not be good? Plus I really like In Bruges. I wasn't too excited about farrell but you know he isn't that bad. He actually did a decent job IMHO.

Finally someone who agrees with me on it being meh.

It was indeed underwhelming. As a huge, huge fan of In Bruges I was mildly disappointed by 7P's.
