BGUT I feel what you are saying with the public percentages. 80 percent of my plays are on teams 55 percent or less of the 'public' plays. But the line moves in favor of the underdog every single day almost always a point from the opening line because dogs have been covering a lot this season and every twitter sharp thinks they are getting advantage on that side. So I wouldn't really take that as an indicator of something fishy. When it moves 2 points or more in the opposite direction, then you've got something.
I think WVU matches up well with KU, only thing that scares me off is a bad shooting night by WVU and this game is a blowout.
