Beretta 9mm Subcompact reviews

I have the PK4 storm S&W .40. Love the gun, before that I had the 92F 9mm (got stolen) but that was a fine gun also. Let us know if you get it as I have been considering also. I just spent my gun money on a CVA .35 Whelen so gotta wait a while.

Go for the compact. Subcompact doesn't have rotating barrel

Buddy has the Nano. It's ok, but you have to try and find the pinkie extension for the mag.

I'm going to assume the subcompact Beretta you're referring to is the Nano. I don't have any personal experience w/ the Nano, other than handling one at a gunshow. It didn't fit my hand well, but it may fit your hand just fine. In addition, I could only fit 2 fingers on the grip.
Not all, but a number of the 9mm subcompacts (Nano, Kel-Tec PF9, M&P Shield, etc.) are small enough that they can be successfully carried in the pockets of many pants. Looking at it's dimensions, the Nano should fall into the category of guns that can be pocket carried.

The Nano is Beretta's first striker-fired handgun. They have had a couple issues but I've heard a few positive things as well.
I would rather buy a more proven design in single stack configuration, like the Ruger LC9, Kahr CM9, M&P Shield, Springfield XDs, and others.

I was looking at the double stack because of the capacity, without having the mag as long as my arm. The double stack is just a little fat. The gun I am looking at is the sub not the Nano. I think the Nano is a single stack with a capacity of 7 rounds +1. The sub is 13 +1. This will probably be my conceal weapon, I wanted something with a little more bang than the .380.

Gotcha. What you're looking for is the PX4 Storm. Would've been clearer had you just said that..... Anyway, I've never shot the Storm and will prolly never own one because:
I don't really like DA/SA type actions.
The one's I've held didn't fit my hand well.
I know this is subjective, but I don't find them the least bit attractive.

That is my main issue with the PX4 subcompact. It's VERY wide, especially with the slide-mounted safety.
My friend has one, and while it's reliable and has a VERY thick barrel, it isn't all that much fun to shoot. I find the recoil impulse very unpleasant, even surprisingly moreso than my CM9. This may have to do with it's higher bore axis.

my first one shot low, sent it back and it shoots great
