Interesting choice.

Bleed the Freak

Though it officially preceded "grunge" I actually think this helped create it..

Chloe/Crown of Thorns - Mother Love bone

Great AIC song. Interesting comment there about it preceding grunge. I don't know how one would place a exact time on just any one band or genre as for as it's ''birth''.

Have had that album for years. When hurricane Gustav hit and we didn't have power for a few days I would ride around in my car with the wife to cool off in the AC in the evenings. Had that album in the CD player and Love Hate Love was played often.

This. Coincidentally was the first song I ever announced when I was DJing commercial radio. Has a special place in my heart.

STP "Interstate Love Song" a close second.

ETA:

"Enemy" by Days of the New another one I still love.

From that same concert at the Moore Theater in 1990.

Love Hate Love

Interesting to see Layne interact with the crows like that.

I dig Plush. It was my go to karaoke song when I used to go with my ex S.O.

Same here. Best use of Staley's voice.

Also love the Unplugged Down in a Hole.
