His prelim 55m dash time was the fastest in the nation this year. (It was like a 6.2something) and he won the final with a 6.30.

I was just messing around with some numbers and this is what I came up with: 55 meters is roughly 60 yards and with taking his faster time he covered 40 of those yards in about 4.12 seconds.

He was lazered at 4.28(40) in the finals of the fastest man, at "the Opening". No doubt the kid is fast.....

Just to play devils advocate. It's not necessarily very accurate to convert sprint times in that manner. But, the bottom line is the kid has got some speed.

Yeah, I know. I was just seeing his time over forty, not necessarily the initial forty. Just thought is was something cool to share, is all.

Trindon's high school 55m PR was a 6.27 and JB already beat that last year I believe.
Eta: JB's 55m PR is 6.25

He's bigger, more lateral movement, and ran through many arm tackles this year. As far as a footballer, he's much better, from what I've seen(better hands, too). He also beat some of Trindon's high school records, as far as speed. How he progresses, is going to be up to him, but you have to say he's a better prospect for his age..

Great! I still prefer using him on offense kind of like LSU did Trindon, plus returning kickoffs & punts, of course!

Must get the ball to him, so his elite speed can cause problems for opponents as much as possible.

Imagine him on the field. He is twice the football player Holliday is.

Yes, he's not a great cover guy. He just doesn't have the hips. Kid needs to be unleashed on offense, and the return game.

Definitely. I hope he is used more than shep and ford were. I think he will be, though.

From a mere track standpoint, he has world class speed. Plus he has size. So it would literally be the stupidest decision ever to not utilize him in every way we can on the football field.
