Got some gift cards and gonna hit up the red lobster in BR tonight. Any recs on what, if anything, I should get over there? I know the Lobster is popular over on this board so I figured I'd ask

I mean it is called Red Lobster. You have to order a red lobster, right?

gift cards

I went 2 nights ago to use my gift cards. Thankfully, I did not pay my own money for this meal or I would have been pissed. They have some shrimp deal going on that is actually decent. Of course, the service was beyond terrible. The beer is suprisingly cheap. I recommend power drinking.

Spend it all at the bar, then go to Fresh Market and buy your own fish/shrimp to cook.

Steamed lobster if the safest option, but if Walt comes along, he can give you other recs. He has a gift card that has never run out.

Trade with someone who actually likes Red Lobster. Gift Card for cash. Counter with 80% of the value of the card if they turn down the initial offer.

Yeah, I need walts recommendations. I noticed his name in one of the menu choices. Does Walts Favorite Shrimp sound like a safe bet?

Best Cheese Biscuits of any seafood restaurant.

Not a bad Caesar salad. OK with shrimp added.

I like their lobster pizza on App menu.

Pretty good Lobster Bisque. I get their clam chowder.

Pasta Alfredo with whatever.

Catfish platter is ok.

Fried Seafood platter is ok for one meal out of your life.

Those should get you to $25.00

Never tried their burger.

Captain D's fried Clam strips are better than Red Lobster, plus our Captain D's has A&W rootbeer, so that is a big plus when I choose where to go out for subpar seafood.

(I actually like Red Lobster)

As many of the cheddar biscuits that the card will cover, then leave.

+1 on this

Really Good Cheese Biscuits. I can only do about four or five though, then I run out of interest.

I don't think they're doing Sysco. It's all prepackaged from their on distribution centers.
