Now that I am at an 'advanced' age, the only drugs I continue to use are legal medications...I just enjoy the music for what it is.
That being said, drug use by musicians has been responsible for probably most of the great music through the years.

Ecstasy absolutely makes techno music better and there is no way anyone who has taken ecstasy while listening to techno can disagree.

I don't go to shows but I know exactly what you are talking about. It happens to me when I hear old school techno songs I used to listen to while rolling.
