I'll probably be there for a good bit this summer after my lease ends in Athens and before I start work in Atlanta. Hopefully I'll get to know people, but the only people I've interacted with there were jailbait high-schoolers flirting with me as I walked my dog in my parents' neighborhood.

I've driven by Stuart a good bit down 95 when visiting friends in SoFla but never stopped there.

and I almost started a thread about Vucevic being the most underrated big in the league.

Noah got to the all-star game with nearly-identical numbers, yet no one talks about Vuc. He's a 22 year old, 7 foot 2nd year pro averaging a double-double, getting better every night.

He's impressive, obv hard to make it on a bad team even though Irving did it.

Magic aren't as bad as I thought they'd be this year.

If you keep giving out the good picks I'll buy you a beer! I'm pretty sure I'm going next year, I generally try to make 2-3 road games a year and loved Athens the last time we played there. The clubs are pretty crazy, I told some of the folks I was with the little downtown area in Athens is like a clean Bourbon Street. I didn't think the tailgating scene before the game was much to write home about though.
Athens and Tuscaloosa are two of my favorite places in the SEC to travel.

Not to stray too far off topic, but do you really think this will help things?

1. Will Miles give up control and let CC do his thing?
2. If CC does his thing will we see a repeat of essentially the Chicken Bowl where we put the game in the hands of a mediocre passer, instead of giving the ball to our bell cows? i.e. what CC did to get run out of Baltimore.
Only hope is that he pulls a Sean Payton who was essentially fired in the middle of the season by a team who went on to win the Superbowl.

It'll be the only time LSU plays there while you're a student.

I went to LSU for undergrad, so to me Athens sounds like a damn library on game days. However, the town is 1,000 times better than BR, and has about 40 bars (no joke) within walking distance of the stadium, compared to less than 5 (if that many) at LSU.

And, memphs, they're very fake ID friendly, especially at the notoriously freshmen bars.
