I dont get to watch a whole lot of bundesliga, so couldn't our resident German watching people give me the low down, I know he's starting for Hamburg now but is he impressing?
Always someone i want to be called up for the England squad, always thought he had terrific ball skills for a CB

I liked him when he played for Wolves. That was the first season I started watching soccer (of course, he was injured for a good portion of it).
Not quite sure if he is good enough to play for England though.

i dont watch HSV that often, but their backline isn't that great and Heiko Westermann has been playing very well this season along with Adler. If I had to guess I would say he's not good enough to be an international player, but it is the three lions so quite possibly
