Second round pick question

I read a lot of optomistic threads about us having our 2cd round pick restored.
Is this just talk or did I miss something?
Is there a legitimate chance we will get it back??

I just heard on Sportscenter that Coach Shawn Peyten demanded that NO get their 2nd round pick back or heads were gonna roll.
