CIRCUS CHILD, can you please delete the http:// on insert image?
Posted by When in Rome on 1/22/13 at 3:42 pm10
Dear and noble Circus Child,
The default https:// in the insert image form is a hassle to delete every time, especially on TD mobile. Most people are copying and pasting image URLs from other websites that already contain https:// in the address. It would be the best thing ever if the form were empty when opened, that way we wouldn't have to manually select and delete it before inserting our image URL. Thanks!

If you are copy and pasting into it, you dont have to delete it. Just hit ctrl-v and it does it automatically.
That's what I do.

You know you can just click "select all" and then "paste" right?
It's just one extra click.

There is literally no point for it though. And as I said, it's more annoying on an iPhone.

I bolded the key phrase. Especially on TD mobile. I don't see how anyone could miss it, because nobody probably uses it.

Isn't the https:// already highlighted when the prompt pops up? Just long-press and paste.
