Why aren't there any women coaches in the NFL?

Every single coach in the league, head coaches and assistants, is a male. Really NFL? You're trying to tell us that there is not one qualified female coach out there?
I believe the NFL should institute a "Poony Rule" requiring all NFL teams to interview a woman for all coaching vacancies.

What about women coaches in other "men's" sports? The only one I know is when Rick Pitino hired Bernadette Mattox as an assistant coach at UK...
