Ehh, would've been a pretty weak call.

Fergie always bitches when he doesn't win. Man U got alot more calls than Spurs did yesterday.

Didn't see it don't care. He is the last manager not named Pep Guardiola who should ever have anything to say about the officiating.

Also, lol bringing up Drogba's goal in 2010. I bet he was just as pissed about Macheda's goal with his hand later in the match.

Not absurdly one sided in calls for ManU by any means but I would agree that they had the majority of close calls in their favor.

In fact, the only "shocking" no call I remember was when Kagawa grabbed someone's jersey from behind to bring them down about 3 feet from the official.

Guess that doesn't fit into the narrative of "never" getting a call from this official.

Looks like we're (LFC) going hard after Coutinho.. They say he's not for sale, but most think it's just talk, while they wait for a higher bid... I wouldnt want to go over £10mm

Clear contact without touching the ball.

Doesn't necessarily warrant the outrage from SAF, but a PK nonetheless.

Dembele. He was too stunned to mount any significant protest

I make gifs/videos of particular things if I want something in particular. Only done it a handful of times. 101greatgoals, reddit and twitter is where I find the majority of them.

I've not seen much more than the just the headlines on this.

It seems that this season would have been Coutinho's time to shine at Inter with Stramaccioni's committment to playing their younger players and Cassano/Milito both having missed lots of time.

I know he's had some injury issues but it's still a bit of a red flag in accessing Coutinho that Inter have instead brought in Rocchi (who Lazio cast out even though they're pretty weak behind Klose) as short-term depth and have also been playing the young Croatian Marko Livaja.

Inter are also Roma's competition at the moment to sign one of the more promising Serie B support strikers/attacking midfielders, Bari's Nicola Bellomo.

Roma's advantage in the transfer is supposedly that they're fine with letting Bellomo stay at Bari until the summer (his preference) or even through next season whereas Inter want him to move right away.

I'd agree that all this means Coutinho is more than available but I wouldn't break the bank given the question marks concerning his inability to break in at Inter.

I wonder if Liverpool could work out a loan/option deal?

considering they're now only 5 points ahead of City instead of 7, I'd say the rabble rabble is warranted.

I was reading that Inter have no money and they need to sell to buy, I think they'd prefer to sell him... they are just trying to hold out in my opinion...

After the Comolli/KK era, FSG aren't getting bent over anymore.. see Dempsey, Sneijder & Ince...

Did they get a red card on their striker after he got fouled or score a late offsides winner against 9 men? Oh wait

Yeah, Inter is certainly trying to buckle down on finances but their desire to sell Coutinho (as opposed to Sniejder etc) during a "youth movement" would concern me a bit.

I know that Freddy Guarin is looking like a world beater in the trequartista spot but otherwise Coutinho would seem the exact type of flexible young attacking talent they seem to be scrambling to replace in their lineup.

I suppose I'm just saying that needing money would seem less the issue with Coutinho than simply that someone at Inter doesn't think he's going to be as good as advertised. I hope they're wrong though.

It is a bit concerning especially since their profit will only be marginal (if any is made at all).

If Fergie gets off scot-free, Wenger should lay waste to Mike Dean.
