Sounds awesome!
I can't wait to get back out to the trails. Finally drying up enough for the river to go back down. Most of the trails I run here were completely underwater for the last 2 weeks.

Trails underwater, that is a major bummer I haven't been out to the trails as much as normal due to cold and wet trails. I did sneak in one snow run but not as fun as I thought it would be. Ankle deep snow with 3 inches of mud under it

B, off topic question: Do you know of any good trails to get some cardio in on around Prairieville or Gonzo? Obviously you know some around BR.. I'd like to know some of those too, besides the LSU lakes. Cardio on a treadmill sucks arse... but cardio outside, not so bad

Yeah I hate running on a treadmill. Did it last week during the crappy weather and it sucked.

FBD: Canned Abita Amber. Sue me. I'm CO2-less and carless and the Rite-Aid around the corner has frickall for beer selection.

Ha! A bad Abita Amber is still a good beer.

No, that's not really my neck of the woods. You could always zip over to the Mississippi River levee and run up there though.
I run the Comite & Hooper BREC trails a good bit, as well as the Beast in St. Francisville.

Running on a treadmill does suck. I used a recumbent bike a few times over the holiday wet period and it was a little better than a treadmill.
FBD is a SN Narwhal. First time trying this one and it is very good.

Sam Adams Alpine Springs. Someone left a ton in my fridge.
I'd like to find some trails in the BR area as well. For hiking or running.
