LSU is 13 months from having run off what very well have been the greatest regular season (and conference championship game) in college football history. With a very substandard quarterback. But yeah, we have no chance at an NC in the next several years.

Really sucks that LSU is the only team that has turnover of players every year -- why do they let those other teams recruit new players every year?

No chance ever. The past 10+ years with two
Nc's and playing for 3 were a total fluke. But
Good question thanks for asking

Why do people keep saying that we were ONE play away from being in the BCS title game? Were we going to skip the SEC title game? We were a return away from losing to Ole Miss does that count? We were a field goal away from losing to Auburn, does that count? We couldn't beat Clemson, what makes you think we would have beat UGA?

Not me but we can always hope. I totally agree with Sho Nuf!!! Les is one day going to have to change his pig headed ways if we are ever get a chance to return to the NC game.

We're done as long as Les is here. We'll put talent on the field just as we have the last several years, but we'll get beat from the sidelines. I don't see us pulling out more than 8 games this year.

Rotorhead,i hate to disagree with you, but i think les can coach up the offense to the point where lsu might win the nfl chamionship. however, i'm worrying about my post getting there, since i'm posting from the starshhip enterprise.

I certainly do depending on if Miles ever figures out how to get the offense going, by hiring the right coach, and backing off.

Is it just me, or is the Tiger Rant made up of 75% troll threads by the sunshine pumpers, since the Chick Fil A bowl?

I go back to that notification that Moffett taped to his office window for the NFL scouts. I was hoping for more leadership from some of those guys listed. Maybe the team will have better leadership next year, but I don't know.

I love this site. I really do.

We literally have the dumbest fan base in America. I have no doubts now.

Rotorhead I agree 100%! We have won because of Chavis ! The last 5 years our O has been ranked at the bottom 1/3 of the NCAA ! It's miles ego he wants to run the O is not doing a good job at it!

The problem is we have lost so many starters that this D will be in a rebuilding year. With miles O this spells disaster !

7-5 with losses to Ole Miss , Bama , Florida, Ga, and A&m!
Assuming we make no changes on O!!

Not going to happen, in addition to the loses, the Q B position needs a serious upgrade. Flame on.

I think we can but it wont happen this season. We lost too many underclassmen on the defensive side.

I think we have a shot, but we won't go next year. I'm not too optimistic about it with the playoffs about to start

we have a shot next year if Mett can turn the corner. He was coming on strong late in the season. With Copeland leading HIll/Blue and a revamped o-line running game should help out Mett a lott. Better recievers in Leslie and Wright also will be a bonus. Add in recieving TE with Dickson and the offense should be alright. Not worried about the D. We have talent there.
