Need a recommendation for St. Martinville

We're driving in now to sight see and are looking for a cool late lunch spot.
Any recommendations?

St. John Resteraunt. My uncle used to own it but he passed away. Get the crab cakes they are amazing. But really all seafood is good there. Not sure about hours because they sometime close between lunch and dinner service though. You can also try out Kajun King which is right in front of the church.

Thanks! We're at Kajun King. St. John was closed when we rolled up. This place is pretty cool. I'll report back after we've eaten.

I have gotten a burger there and a seafood platter. I have heard good things about it overall though hope everything is good.

Maybe you caught them on a bad day. We had a party of about 10 and it didn't take too long. But then again we were drinking so that may have had something with time not going by slow
